It is a Real Photo Postcard, an Azo with squares in the corners which means it is from 1925 to 1940. 
Harlan Gilbertson ND which probably means North Dakota. He looks pretty young to have graduated from High School. I will guess that he is 15 in this photo. Thanks for stopping by, do come again:)
